This works great, I do have concerns that the plastic clasps and hinges will break with continuous use.

If you make Onigiri for more than one, this is a great timesaver. Perfect size, easy to use and clean. Practical. Good buy.

These are great. Super easy to use and they work perfectly every time, just don't stuff too much filling inside! Above you see the tuna I used going to the edge because I put too much. This isn't a fault of the product, but because I'm not used to stuffing rice triangles. Make sure you use good sushi rice, with a good recipe (I do 1 tsp of Sesame oil, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp each of sugar and salt for every 2 cups of sushi rice.) Let it cool slightly before stuffing so its easier to stick!They're also great to pack and take with you for lunch since it folds up neatly and you get six delicious rice triangles for you to enjoy.

Rice sticks to this badly unless you oil the mold, which you don’t really want for sushi balls. Also no clear instructions come with tips or tricks

I tried to make these several times by hand, but it's got to take lots of practice to pack them tightly enough that they don't fall apart when turning and crisping in a pan (let along getting a triangle shape by hand). The size is perfect and I'm going to be making these rice triangles a lot more often!

Me gustó bastante, es muy práctico y puedo hacer varios onigiris a la vez, me ahorra mucho tiempo.

With this, it only takes about 6 min to make 6 onigiris!! We press it hard and it holds together soon well! It also comes out great without the rice sticking to the mold, you just gotta tap a little bit and they come out perfectly.The only thing is that the onigiris might be a bit small (see picture with my hand), but other than that, this little gadget is so cool! It can also be used to store them and bring them as picnic lunch (but I recommend wrapping them in compostable parchment paper and then put them back in the mold/onigiris box if keeping for another day, this will keep the rice moist! Else the rice will dry)And it also doesn't take a lot of space!! Perfect in every way!!!

My daughter hates traditional sandwiches so this is an amazing alternative. I've tried making sushi in the past and it's way more fiddly than this. They came out of the moulds really easily, flip them over fast and kind of tap it out on a flat surface. I used it 3 times in a row and didn't stick at all. Very happy with my purchase.

rice gets stuck sometimes, but i think im not dooing it right, grat for kids lunch
