Easy to use & no mess
I love how quickly & how well this presses tofu. There is no mess and it's easy to clean.

Great starter set
This is my first time owning a tofu press, and I'm very pleased with it. The size is just right for a normal block from the grocery store. I've used both firm and silken tofu with this, and it does well enough with both. I just use a paper towel to wrap around and it comes out in a firmer block. The press is alright, could be a little tighter. In theory you could put something much heavier in the bucket, so I like that option. However, that's not enough of a reason for me to mark lower than 5 stars because I really enjoy what I already get out of it.

Nice design but some minor design flaws
Overall, I like this tofu press a lot. I actually like it a lot more now that I have made some modifications to it.Why the needed modifications? Well, if you put in a standard brick of tofu into it and press it, a lot of liquid does not drain but builds up and stays up in the tofu basket. The reason is that the drain holes get covered by the tofu and then liquid that comes out the sides gets trapped and does not let the tofu drain as needed. What I did was to drill some small (1.5mm) holes along the side/bend of the tofu basket to augment the holes at the bottom. I put in 3 along the long sides and 2 along the short sides. This has now allowed the liquid to drain better and not end up having an inch of liquid stuck on the sides of the tofu basket.I also think this could be solved with some drain channels in the lower section of the basket. I my try something like that as the bottom side of the tofu after pressing is still very wet when you take it out due to liquid getting trapped at the bottom due to the very smooth surface of the basket not allowing the liquid to move to the drain holes on the bottom as well as it could.Otherwise, I like the design and the ease of cleanup. It does not take too much room so you can even press your tofu in the fridge if you need to start in the morning before work and have it ready to cook with when you get home.Update: See photo of one of the sides showing 3 of the holes I added. Did the same to the other side too and the short sides (but only 2 holes on the short sides)Update 2: The company that makes this product has reached out to me to discuss the issue (and the fix I did to the product). The fact that they reached out is really amazing and is worth +1 stars on the review (now at 4 stars). I actually think the product is a 5 star product once I made the modifications to it - I just do not think I should have to make such modifications to a product just to make it function properly.

Great size, but little clumsy
LOVE the size of this press, but the size is also off-putting. It's only because it doesn't utilize it well. Storing it is also a bit much because the pieces don't fit inside one another without it being super tall. Still works and I'll use it until it gives out. Just should have paid attention to the design a bit more.

Good but could be better.
My suggestion, drainage holes should be drilled on the sides to increase the excess drainage that gets blocked around the perimeter of drainage vessel.
