The media could not be loaded.  This product is as simple and effective as they come. It was very easy to set up, the instructions were clear and well-written, and the device works very well. I especially like that you can control exactly how much food is dispensed, as it adds a lot of flexibility to the way you feed your fish. You could have a daily dump of a large quantity of food, or you could have several small meals throughout the day. You should note that the minimum setting for the feeder is once per day. I would have preferred to set it up once every few days, but controlling the amount of food dispensed makes this a non-issue. Overall, I find this auto-feeder to be simple, effective, and inexpensive. I'd definitely recommend this product to my fellow aquarium enthusiasts.Side note: Yes, my tank doesn't look very good right now, I'm working on it XD.

At first, I rated this product to one star because it did not work when we tried to set it up and did not receive any response from seller. After about 10 days, seller replied my email and explained more detail how it should be set up. Seller also explained the reason they replied late because my original email to ask for assistance was kept in “Junk mail” box.Long story short, following detail instructions from seller’s email, this auto fish feeder works the way should be.I would give 4 starts for product because the manual was not too clear about the feeding feature set up. However, I thank seller to respond back to me with very warm and friendly manner and explained well about the product set up. Thank you Seller!

We got this to replace our super old one. It was super easy to install and use. Has a large door so it's not easy for the food to jam or crust over inside of it, unlike our old one. Does exactly as described. We tested it out for a few days before taking off for the weekend to make sure it worked properly and that our fish would be fed. We feed them a few times a day and was able to program this to continue on with the feeding cycle. I liked that this had the option to feed up to four times a day and do a double feeding, for if you had lots of fish, where our old one had twice a day, 12 hours apart and that is it. We are very pleased with this purchase. This feeder stays so much cleaner than our last one and is just all around easier to use.

For starters they are very tricky to figure out the feedings. Above they say the booklet give clear directions which they do not. They show pictures. I bought 2 of these because I have a 5 gallon tank and a 10 gallon tank. Once I finally got them set up I have them open the max. Not too much food comes out and when it turns it turns your flakes into crumbs. So I really don't like that part. I do like that it works and is convenient if you are gone for a week or so. But any longer probably not because the fish don't seem to go after the crumbs, they want the full flakes.

I wish I had tested this longer before leaving on my trip. I had had another feeder for years that I used on a daily basis and it finally jammed so I bought this thinking it was the same.I realized when I returned from the trip that sometimes the food was delivered and sometimes it wasn't. There was too much food left in the container to have been feeding correctly and I watched it to see that it didn't always release the food. I used Tetra flakes and never had a problem with my previous feeder.Thankfully I had someone checking my pets and she would feed the fish another type of food in the evenings. My fish survived but only because they were getting fed something.

It worked ok for our purposes.I used it on 2 trips and then after that I can’t even get it to power on. There is no contact info for the company to get trouble shooting tips or a possible exchange

This feeder works very well. We bought it to auto feed flakes in the morning while everyone was at work. We used it to feed several times a day while we were on vacation. This feeder feeds up to 4 times in a 24 hour period. Works well with flakes and easy adjustable setting for how much food is dropped. The side mount attachment opens plenty wide for my 75 gallon. Low hanging lights might be an issue if you can give the room for a side mounted feeder. We just scoot the light forward a little leaving room for the feeder in the back.

We ordered this before leaving for Thanksgiving. It is so easy to set up. We have 1 12” goldfish and 2 3-4” gold fish and set it up to feed 4 times a day at its max amount. It doesn’t feed much but my fish have stopped stalking me to feed them & the water is stays SO much clearer! Apparently I was over feeding them at too far spaced intervals. Great product I wish I had ordered 6 years ago! If over filled it doesn’t let much food fall at all, so don’t over fill. I’m sure I slightly over filled it and so far it has lasted 2 weeks. It appears it will easily feed a 3rd week & possibly 4. I’m impressed!!!
