The Ultimate Dog Washing System for You, Your Dog and Your Planet. Why is it so hard to bathe a dog? Because they're waterproof. A dog's fur coat entraps a layer of insulating air next to their skin that keeps them warm and dry. Sudspro unique dual-action nozzle penetrates the undercoat to quickly and efficiently displace this layer of air. Ordinary shower type spray nozzles spatter away like rain. Sudspro saturates the coat from the inside and outside simultaneously. You keep the tool on the dog at all times. There is no splash or over spray to startle the dog. It rides on a cushion of water. You can use any shampoo to get professional results in about two minutes. Dogs like it because it feels like a massage, not an attack. People like it because they can wash their dog in 1/10th the time with 1/10th the effort, shampoo and water.

Wanted so much to love it
The first thing that struck me when this arrived was “wow, this is cheap”. At $70 price point, you would expect there to be decent quality but unfortunately this just felt like something you would expect to pay maybe $15-20 for. Certainly not $70. But as long as it did what it claimed, I was happy to outlay the money. From reading other reviews, I already knew I would need to go in search of an adapter. I spent 3.5 hours one morning going to 2 Home Depots, 1 Lowes, and 1 specialty plumbing store. No-one was able to tell me what the part was that I needed to make this thing work.At this point I was ready to toss this thing out the window, but thought I should at least reach out to the owner and see what the deal was. A prompt response, and he would reimburse me since I was not able to get it to work. Ok, I felt slightly better about it now, so I sent my details back to the owner. Upon reviewing the further detail I happened to provide, he then hit me with “I no longer feel obligated to reimburse you”. Ummm, what? I understand you don’t just go giving money away, but don’t promise someone you will reimburse them, and then turn around and say that. Its just not good business. At least have the good sense to find out all the details first before offering someone reimbursement. The owner was however kind enough to go in search of the adapter piece I needed, and sent it off to me quickly (at his expense). Still no luck. The sudspro leaked everywhere, and didn’t work as you would expect given the high reviews. I feel bad to say it, but it seemed like any other dog wash in that respect.I have a Dawn branded faucet. Its not terribly common, but its not THAT obscure either. I wanted so much to like this product, but in the end, this was just too much, too hard, so no thanks.

Water and Shampoo...premixed??? Genius!
Does your dog enjoy being sprayed with water and enjoy the entire process of forming suds on their fur? Chances are if your dog doesn't enjoy the aforementioned, then you never enjoyed giving them a bath either. Wet clothes and water puddles across the bathroom floor does not make the experience any more enjoyable.Although my dogs (husky and maltese) still wiggle around, the showering process has become a lot more tolerable to them. I am unsure about the massaging effect, because I have tried it on myself and don't notice any considerable difference. However, this does penetrate the dog's coat much faster than a traditional handheld shower nozzle. The foaming action is not as comparable to the amount of suds generated by hand, however, the end result does leave their fur clean and silky soft. For cleaning large dogs, this will reduce the shower time greatly. I used to stand for around 20-30 minutes to clean my husky, now with this tool, I am able to wash her in about 10 minutes, and save much more water as an added benefit. The only thing that could use some improvement is if they added a 90 degree elbow as an accessory, as connecting it to the spout for my handheld in the shower means the entire thing is placed on its side, and becomes tricky trying to refill the jar with shampoo. It still works either ways, but just a minor inconvenience.

LOVE this product
I love this product! It's so much easier to wash my dog with this product. Between the little "nubs" that get the water into my lab's coat much more easily and the shampoo-mixer that dispenses shampoo right into the water, this product does 3 things better than just washing my dog in the tub or with a garden hose:- Gets my dog wet faster and more evenly- Gets the shampoo up under her coat much more quickly. In the first few times of using it, I can tell that I'm using less than half of the amount of shampoo I was using before - maybe even as little as 1/3 the amount.- Rinses her off more quickly and more thoroughlyI think my dog likes the mini-massage she gets from the water-nubs on this tool, too.It connects to a regular outdoor water faucet - the threads are the same as a garden hose. But for the colder months, it came with an adapter that has the same threads as a standard shower head, so I can unscrew the shower head in my bathtub and connect this indoors - I was pleasantly surprised, because it was a little hard to tell from the photos. If you have a dog that you like to keep clean, get this product!

Dog washing device
I have yet to use this for washing my dogs but I did just connect it in my shower and tested it. It certainly has ample water pressure to do the job.Ok, now. My shower water supply line is a one-half inch diameter threaded pipe extending out of the shower wall. In order to connect this device, if you have the same setup, you will need a 3/4 inch MH x 1/2 inch FIP garden hose adapter. At Lowes it is a "WATTS LFA-668". I suggest ordering a comparable adapter along with your Amazon order. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is considering the amount of plastic comprised in the configuration of this item one would expect a price of half the cost. I hope this helps.

No adapter for laundry sink!
Well-- I almost gave it an even lower rating since it has no adapter to use it on a laundry sink or kitchen sink.. it's made to ONLY attach to your shower or a garden hose maybe? I would NEVER bathe my dogs in the shower.. too backbreaking.. am searching for a solution, for an adapter so that I CAN use it on my laundry sink faucet! I almost returned it but was too busy-- so it's just sitting in a pile of things I don't use!

I like it but it isn't durable
I like it but it isn't durable. I bought 2 in the last 2 years. I would love it if they would only bulk up the durability. Jose leaks and the lid to the soap dispenser doesn't hold up for long either.

Not expected value for the price.
The hose is cheap plastic, and leaks. We had to open it up and connect it properly to resolve the leaking. I also think that the brush should have more holes to let more soap through.I hope that it will work, but if this breaks I will not be buying another one. We wil have a look at using garden fertilizer type setup instead, which will be more durable.

Not worth the money
This item is cheaper if purchased directly from the manufacturer by about $15.00. The nozzle is plastic and not very durable. Don't drop it in the bath or shower on the tiled floor or it will crack. I didn't find it to be much better than the garden hose.
