McFarlane Toys The Walking Dead 10-inch Negan Deluxe Figure

I agree that his head should be looking up more to truly appreciate the detail of the mold, however he's supposed to be staring down at his victim, so this looks very accurate in detail and form. Great addition to anyone's collection of McFarlane's work.

This review is for the Negan 10 inch Deluxe Figure by Mcfarlane Toys.This is the fifth figure in my 10 inch Walking Dead collection and it really looks fantastic displayed next to the others (Rick, Daryl, Michonne, & Glenn).Display:This figure comes with a 5.5 inch x 2 inch base. Which is nice considering it is only the third figure in the 10 inch series to include a base (The others being Glenn & Michonne).And believe me it is hard to get these figures to stand on their own. Daryl has fallen off my shelf quite a few times. Now as I tried to place Negan on his stand I realized the pegs on the stand did not line up with his feet/pose. Then I noticed you can turn his feet slightly to better align them with the base, specifically his left foot. But even after that you will really have to force the feet onto the base without breaking it.Likeness:It has a nice sculpt but not the best likeness of Jeffery Dean Morgan but considering the price point is around $35 it's good. Now if you want something with a spot-on likeness you will want to check out the ThreeZero 1/6 scale of Negan, its priced at $168 and will be released in late 2018.Pose Ability:This figure like the others (excluding Michonne & Rick) only have one pose and hardly any articulation. Negan's head turns slightly, as do his feet, waist and shoulders but not enough to move him into any other pose. And with his head tilted down, its not the best pose. I would have preferred a Negan 10 inch figure with him just holding Lucille behind his shoulder. Also this figure comes boxed with Lucille in one hand. When attempting to assemble the figure right out the box- you will have to remove Lucille, put on his missing arm, then slide the bat into his hands and attach the end of the bat.Final Thoughts:If you have the other 10 inch Walking Dead figures, this is a must get, they look fantastic set-up all together on a shelf, but don't pay more than $35. That being said if you don't have the other figures and are a big Negan fan, save your money and pick up the Negan 1/6 scale next year, the detail looks incredible.My advice display-wise, display your 10 inch figures on the top of your bookshelf so you can see Negan's face better. For my figures I have invested in some clear acrylic display cases, that I got at my local craft store for about $8. It was well worth the money to not have them falling constantly and accessories being damaged.So considering price, likeness, and lack of articulation, I'd give it four out of five stars!

This was a gift for my husband and he LOVED it! It is made with great quality and the box was not damaged. He's very happy to add this to his collection!

I AM NEGANI am a big fan of the Comic Books, the Show itself, and an even bigger fan of McFarlane Toys. This is and continues to be everything I wanted it to be. I also am a proud owner of Rick Grimes, Daryl, Michonne, and Glenn.

i loved the details in negans action figure as a walking dead fan this is a great addition to my collection. ps my sister another avid fan loved this action figure i also bought one for her.

The detailing on this figure (and the two others) that I ordered as a gift is really good. The actors faces are about as close as you can get.
