Product does not operate as advertised
The chest freezer will not keep food frozen.

I am very upset
I opened up the freezer box today to find a dent on the bottom right side on the front. I’m very dissatisfied!

I had an issue and the seller provided a quick solution. Product works very well. I like the temperature range because I actually wanted a fridge that opens from the top... so that the cold doesn't escape when opened. I'm using the unit with a solar system (inverter). Plugged in with a watt meter - It's very energy efficient! I initially tried the full-on freezer setting... works great!UPDATE: Freezer still working great. I'm running it via solar/batteries/inverter. The unit kept tripping the GFCI in my inverter. I ran a ground wire from the screw at the bottom right corner (underside) of the freezer to the main (only) ground wire of my system. Problem solved - Works great! I'm not an electrician... do at your own risk.
