I originally ordered this for me as I am always cold but my son has used it way more than I have for camping with the Boy Scouts. It keeps him super warm and the charge lasts him a long time. Highly recommend!

Heats up nicely, and does what it's intended for! Charge does not last as long as I'd like, and takes a while to fully charge. Still a very handy and useful product!

I purchased this for all the men in my life! I wasn't sure what to expect but these are amazing and all of my very picky guys love it! It's perfect for those who have neck issues for pain relief. The temperature is perfect. It's fairly durable and very easy to use. It's comfortable and soft. The battery life is fine, it lasts about 40 minutes to an hour which seems like plenty of time for one sitting.

I purchased a similar unit that did not have a cover and returned it. Heat direct against skin directly is.a bit harsh. The covering on this unit helps spread the heat and makes it more efficient during use. Love the multiple temperature settings; easy to advance to higher temps and easy to shut off. Helps keep you warm, and also great to use on sore neck muscles!

The form factor is neat, looks like wireless headphones. The settings are clear. Tiny buttons with great tactile feedback. Press and hold the one with a bump to turn on, the other to turn off. Single presses to adjust temp. Overall a beautiful design. Charges via usb c. But Charger is NOT included, you must provide your own USB charger. Can be charged and used while walking, riding, in car or plane etc.Dislikes: the heating element is tiny. The highest temp setting is a very warm 58*C but it will not heat up the neck tissue like a heating pad, which you need to treat neck pain. Although the temperature gets somewhat high, the heat is insufficient because the size of the heating element OR mass of the heater is low. This heater is great for somebody who just wants to relax their neck, or as a neck warmer in winter, but if you need more than that, you will need something larger.I think the battery lasts over an hour on a full charge on full heat, possibly over 2 hours on lower settings.It’s soft on the skin, with zero sharp edges or pressure points. Like I said, a very well executed product but not for my use. If they came up with a larger heating element design with double the battery, I would definitely buy. For now, I’ll look for other products on Amazon

This unit is garbage. Don't buy it. It broke after 2 months. It warms up well in the beginning, but since it's just complete junk for parts it only lasted 2 months. Better off getting the same thing from TEMU probably and pay a fraction of what it sells for anywhere else.

The person whom supposed to have it, didn't approve. It was a gift.
