Great product
I bought this vitamins for my dog because she has some back and bone issues and I put it in her food every morning. She loves the taste. She doesn’t turn away from her food. I definitely recommend this product.

Picky dog owners will love this stuff!
My dog is the pickiest dog in the world... I know people say that but they have no idea. We have purchased everything under the sun from ultra premium high end, wet, dry, small farm brands where we know the actual cows name and our girl turns her nose up at it all. We finally gave in and started cooking for her which often nights still wasn’t good enough for our picky eater but she ate enough of it to keep her adorable ash alive! We purchased this stuff on a whim instead of our regular calcium supplement and what the holy heck!? Our girl LOVES it, mixed in with her homemade food and for the first time in her life she eats like a dog! Yes, I usually have to hand feed her to get her to eat at all but not with this stuff, AMAZING! Please keep making this stuff forever please and thank you!

Mixes well into homemade food
My 15-year-old doxie started having issues with her gallbladder and pancreas. She was vomiting, losing weight and her coat had lost its luster. In addition to meds to help with the sludge build-up in her gallbladder, she needed a low-fat food and the prescription type was very expensive, so I decided to start making her food myself. I started with the lowest fat ground turkey (93% fat-free) I could find, then added brown rice or sweet potatoes (sometimes both), green beans or broccoli, low-fat chicken broth, and a little olive oil. I knew this was lacking some vitamins so I also gave her a multivitamin and a drop or two of cranberry extract as a preventative as she is prone to bladder infections. After feeding her this diet for 6 weeks I took her to the vet for her check-up. (She had been diagnosed with the gallbladder issue and this was a re-check.) The vet was thrilled to see how well she was doing! She had gained back a pound, her coat looked shiny, her energy was good and she had stopped having tummy issues when I started her on this food. The only thing the vet said was that she needed a calcium-phosphorus supplement as unlike dogs in the wild, she is not eating bones which is where homemade foods tend to be lacking. This is when I started looking at calcium-phosphorus supplements. I found NaturVet's product on another website but ordered it off Amazon as I could get it quickly at the same price. The 1-pound container of this supplement is not full when you open it, however, this was no surprise. The powder is finely ground and there is a small scoop in the container with directions on the exterior of the container as to suggested dosages for various sizes of dogs. I made up my dog's food and added 1/2 scoop of this supplement to the mix. I noted no particular scent to the powder, and it disappeared into the food as I mixed it - no clumping. I think it would mix well into gravies and broth to pour over a dog's food too. My dog gobbled up her food with this in the mix as though nothing new was added. She didn't seem put off by any new scent or flavor. The supplement was easy to use, wasn't offensive to me or my dog, and gives my dog's homemade food the nutritional boost it needed to help my senior girl maintain strong bones. I like it and I believe it's a quality product worth considering. =================================== 📌 The following product information has been taken from the NatureVet website. calcium phosphorus
I got this for my dogs bc I feed meat every night and wanted to make sure they're getting calcium for their bone development. First became aware of the product bc I'm helping a baby possum and the care instructions for a baby said this is one of the things they have to have to develop their bones. It's actually critical for them. So I realized I'd never had anything like this for my dogs and having just meat might mean a deficiency in this. They're eating it great sprinkled over the food then I put some salmon oil over that and toss it like a salad and they're eating it fast!

Do Not Ignore The Negative Reviews Like I Did
I ignored the reviews saying that the product was not sealed well, but I didn’t know it wasn’t sealed AT ALL. When I retrieved the package from the locker, the powder was pouring out of the sides of the box—causing me & my puppy to cough. Upon opening the box, the jar’s lid was partially unscrewed, causing product to leak. Had the jar actually been sealed, this could not have happened.

Expensive but worth it.
My dog doesn’t love it, but he doesn’t super dislike it either. The 1st few days he started having it he was super hungry all the time, then his appetite went back to normal. I think it is helping him with his growing pains. My dog is growing too fast & sometimes hurts, since he started having the calcium he hurts less. This product is expensive & only lasts about a month & a half, but my dog really needs it so it’s worth it.

My dog loves this and I’m hoping it improves his calcium levels!

Nice product, but my main problem with the packaging was why the seller opted to put a sticker with a barcode right on top of the "directions and powder daily dosage ". I had to take it out very slowly to make sure I can read how much powder to put on my dog's food.

Started working pretty much instantly - within a day or two of adding this to my dog’s meals I could see a difference in her digestion as she was no longer experiencing soft stools.
