My husband and I used to take a multi strain probiotic by Innovix labs, with amazing results for digestion, IBS, allergies, inflammation, and thyroid problems. Then they changed to capsule form from tablet form and modified the ingredients slightly. After that, their product had no positive effect on us whatsoever anymore. no effect at all, really. And we were left looking for something that worked. I wanted something that still came in tablet form, which is hard to find and landed on Primary Flora. It was not quite as effective as innovix had been, but it was the closest thing we found. We have been through a BUNCH of different products, and this is the best we can find. Now I am afraid Amazon will discontinue this product too. PROs: 1. best we can find as far as effective against Irritable Bowel Syndrome, acid reflux, thyroid problems. 2. cost is reasonable. 3 It is a tablet (sphere shaped) rather than capsule. For me, those seem more effective. CONS: It is sometimes difficult to swallow, despite its small size, but I'll take that if it works. Second negative is that it includes a prebiotic, as most probiotics do today. I would prefer to take those separately, because, depending on what I am eating, I don't always need the prebiotic.

After using PF Probiotic for two weeks I see a definite improvement with my gastrointestinal flares. I haven't had bloating, gut cramps or diarrhea. I am really hoping this continues.A week later: the Primary Flora seems to be working very well. I am almost afraid to write it, but I haven't had to take lomotil or imodium for several weeks.. My fingers are crossed. It has been a long, long haul, and one that was slowly becoming worse and worse. In the last six months. Diarrhea and terrible cramps with nausea have increased from once in a while to every month to every week, lately twice a week. If this continues I will be using this product for life.

This has helped me so much. I have struggled with alternating constipation and diarrhea. It was hard enough dealing with it at home, let alone at work. I noticed results very soon after starting this product. No more stomach cramps or diarrhea. Worth the price!

Been taking this great stuff for a few weeks now. Very noticeable improvement in my digestive system. Thumbs up.

I liked the number of strains which is why I chose these. Unfortunately they were not as effective as coated pearl type probiotics, I don't think they hold up as well getting to the lower digestive tract. I had to take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM in order to get the same effect as a coated probiotic.I think these have fantastic ingredients but didn't work for me.

I've been taking Primary Flora for a couple of weeks now and I've seen a significant improvement in digestive function, and I was on probiotics before switching. It's a great product that is a small pill that doesn't require refrigeration like my other probiotics.A truly fantastic product - this will be my go-to probiotic pill for the foreseeable future.

Omg This Probiotic is so good I had tried some expensive probitic that didn't do nothing. I had a problem eating spices and spicy food, but since I started taking this Probiotic my tummy is so happy I still have to be careful with what I ate but less worry haven't had any discomfort since I'm taking this probiotic.

UPDATE FOR A MORE RECENT ORDER: Timely arrival, well within the freshness date, and safety sealed - as always.Good bargain, shipped promptly, works well. I take it when I've had to take antibiotics to prevent gastrointestinal side effects of antibiotics. Can't rate it for flavor, since I haven't noticed that it has any.
