There are a lot of supplements out there, and generally they aren't all that great at telling you exactly what's in them and giving clear breakdowns of active ingredients.This, however, is exactly what it says it is, and is almost entirely magnesium oxide/citrate. So if you think you want to take magnesium, then these are clearly labelled, and contain pretty much nothing else bar stuff to bind/hold the magnesium in a supplement form.They're also pretty good value for what they are, and you get a huge amount of servings in one purchase. So no complaints at all.

Gutted. Just received a tub of 240 capsules only to discover they are from the same batch as the ones I ordered last August (new tub on the left, existing tub on the right). They will be out of date in about 90 days. Really bad show.

These pills are a good standard size - work well with pill dispenser.They were marginally less easy to swallow than some super-glossy pills, but with a mouth of milk they disappeared down my throat with no problems. I think they’re quite decent value for the quantity.I was impressed with the Citrate & Oxide mix of magnesium at this price point. But unfortunately the packaging doesn’t give details about what % mix the pills are. Citrate is more potent than the oxide, so I would rectify this if I was the manufacturer, as people take difference doses of magnesium depending on what type of magnesium they are consuming. Is 99% oxide, 1% citrate or 50/50? Clearer information on the packaging would be useful in this case. I am therefore taking the dose recommended on the packaging, but supplementing on the side for my own personal magnesium needs. It would be great to know what the % mix is for more accurate dosing by individuals.Like other pills that use a rice flour for coating, it has the slightest smell of rice paper, but you would really have to stick your nose inside the pill bottle to notice it. Not a negative, just being thorough with this review.Decently priced product, with greater insight into the magnesium mix, could be a great product.

Been taking these for quite a while now, and I can say I do find myself feeling less groggy throughout the day! Very pleasantly suprised with the benefits these have provided
