Light, Strong, and I cant even feel a thing when being shot in the chest. Unless somehow you get shot in the neck which totally didn't happen when I had someone shoot me in the chest

This is definitely not stopping a bullet, but it is rigid enough to hold the shape of your vest well, and possibly serve as an ample plate backer for actual armor plates. If you're buying it for airsoft/paintball purposes, it should be plenty sturdy to absorb those times you may get hit. This is merely a consumer review, so don't just take my word for it, get out and train with your gear!

Got these on impulse. I have a few plate carriers that I don’t have plates for and these will help the carriers retain their shape and prevent creases. My thoughtsPros:- decent amount of padding…. It fits in my plate carrier pretty well and it feels super nice, not as flimsy as I thought it would be so it's pretty sturdy. Its lightweight but still feels nice

I purchased these for my carrier as a backer. I'm impressed with the feel and it fit perfectly. If you use this for paintball, you won't be disappointed.
