Works well when it works
This is the most powerful Water Flosser I've tried the expensive ones are MUCH weaker. It's also a nice size for both holding in your hand and water tank. One tank does a full mouth floss.I first got this from China via AliExpress but the battery failed in 8 months. So far this one hasn't failed but is showing slow downs when I expect (but don't know) that the battery is stil l good. It's main issue is there is no way to know when the battery needs charging! There is no indicator! The second issue is the battery is not Li-ion and doesn't like being charged when it's half full so you have to wait until it's DEF flat before charging it which is hard again due to no inidcator. If you charge it to early the next time the charge gets that low it seems to lose power REALLY fast!If the battery was better and had power indicators I'd give it 5 stars!

Great value quality product
This product is super easy to use and exactly what I wanted - 3 options to select from - normal/high pressure, low/regular and pulse. I like being able to press one button for the feature I want and another button for on and off. The unit is fully charged via usb port very quickly and the charge lasts for a long time. I am very happy with the performance and results from this affordable product- a must to ensure complete dental cleanliness especially for people like me with crowns and bridge cosmetic dentistry.

Worst water flosser I have owned.
This is without doubt the poorest Water Flosser I have owned.I had one in the past from a cheaper brand (i.e. not Waterpik), and that one was so much more effective and powerful on its Normal Mode. This one's equivalent Normal Mode feels like my old ones Soft. Just not powerful enough and therefore mouth feels no where near as clean afterwards.I assumed it was maybe as the flosser was not fully charged when received and popped it on charge and once fully charged, this did not improve in the slightest. The flosser also leaks a little where the head attaches to the body. And the tongue scraper attachment is useless as realistically to scrape your tongue, you need to stick your tongue out which you cannot do with a water flosser turned on as you need to keep your mouth closed to prevent mess. You are better with a 29p tongue scraper from Home Bargains.Overall this flosser is 3 times more than I paid for my old one and no where near as good. My old one lasted 2-3 years and I very much doubt this will come close to that. Poor purchase but ultimately buying water flossers that aren't Waterpiks is a lottery on what you will get. So if you are in that lottery, do not opt for this one. I will probably use this one till it dies, then just go for a Waterpik next time.

Decent water flosser
This device does the job it is intended for well enough. I have not given it top marks purely because of certain design flaws i.e having the power and control buttons right in the way of where you hold it, which means you can accidently switch it on and off without meaning to, or change the power settings. It's also rather larger (mainly because of the storage space required to fill with water), so bear in mind if you want to take travelling. It flosses teeth well enough dislodging stuck food. I use TePe interdental brushes beforehand to remove anything stubborn from inbetween teeth, then the water flosser, then standard flossing, before finishing off with a clean/polish with my electric toothbrush. My teeth certainly feel dentist clean after that procedure! I would say if you have sensitive teeth, it's best to fill it with warm water, that makes the procedure much more pleasant, as it's quite powerful when it sprays. It certainly a good purchase if you want to maintain your overall dental health.
