A seemingly irresistible good value, prompt delivery and well packaged.I did not expect moving quality dollies by any means, but these are surprisingly lightweight in both construction and weight carrying capacity, and just simply disappointing in function.Large dolly frame was made of some type of denser white wood and not a hardwood in the normal sense. Small dolly was hardwood.Frame wood dimensions are really small (thin and narrow) for a dolly.Carpet very thin & no padding and stapled on with lightweight staples which I suspect would come loose at some point into a household move.Castors are sloppy at swivel bearing, and caster wheel axle is rather small in diameter (which really reduces rolling load carrying capacity along with the lower hardness of the wheel itself)Net - at only one end of a 225 lb cabinet in tandem with an old dolly of mine, this new large dolly was difficult to roll and transitioning over 5/16" threshold was more than the castors could accommodate, & refused to go further - without lifting the cabinet and dolly up to get it over.Just to narrow down the difficulty, I removed this new dolly and just centered the 7.5' cabinet on a 25 yr old moving dolly and it rolled much, much easier, & transitioned the thresholds with relative ease. Looking at the rolling resistance of each castor wheel unloaded, they seem fine with no binding at all. They just can't take much that much weight and apparently distort under loaded conditions.These just are not a buy it, use it, and continue to reuse it items for anything close to serious moving for me. I'm returning and purchasing a moving quality dolly. An example of economizing to a functional fault.That said, these could be useful for apartment and lighter weight moving needs.

These wood dollies are perfect! We've used the plastic ones in the past and they just can't hold up to the weight like the wooden ones. Wheels glide nicely on both hard floors and carpet. Makes moving large, heavy items a breeze!

I bought two of these to support a heavy keyboard under my bed. These easily support it and allow me to roll the keyboard out when I’m ready to play it. No complaints!
