Works just like its supposed to! Got one for my dad recently so he could pick up calls easily. The mount doubles as a charger so he doesnt have to worry about carrying his wires wherever he went. It holds the phone pretty firmly too and is overall working pretty well so far. He loves it!

My charger wire is a little flaky.. Wiggles a little and then the charger goes out. Have to make sure its on super tight. The wireless charging capabilities is nice.

It came with out the desk- dash holder . they have given me partial refund for not having desk holder . now description seems to be corrected . have only had a week but seems to work very well .

Beware: Overheats phone
It overheats Samsung S7 battery in 30 minutes. Phone stops charging due to overheating. Does not happen with other wireless fast charger that I have.

Do NOT buy! Will ruin your phone!
Made an annoying screeching noise when plugged in and zapped my phone's battery to the point that it won't hold a charge for longer than about an hour. Wish I wouldn't have purchased.
