I love the clarity of the product. It differs in plastic so you can really see through the entire product. Super sturdy! It is not a balancing trick like Brita, it's a rectangle. SOLID! The water tastes great. The size overall every dimension was well thawed out. This product was thought out thoroughly. Super clean water. The handle is a wonderful. But the best part is the pour!No wait actually the best part is how sturdy it is.Actually, the best part is it doesn't spill easily if it's knocked over accidentally.

Perfect size for single people. It's easy to fill and pours without spilling. The handle is removable for smaller fridges.

Love this water filter. Taste amazing once the water has been filtered.

Small in size.

This has a combination of llustrations and words for directions. However the illustrations don't really make any sense. They also show numbers on the top of the filter that would relate to percentages while the filter that came with mine, has the months of the year instead.Because I've used a Brita before it was easy enough to figure out how to get it working but I'm still not sure about the time frame and when to change the filter out. I'll probably just look that up on Brita's website since I will use Brita filters to replace these.I was very skeptical that it could hold 10 cups because any of the 10 cup models that Brita makes are larger. I actually filled it with 10 cups of water to see and it did fit, until I put the filter in. So I would say it probably holds about 9 and 1/4 cups. But I definitely give them kudos for its compact slim design. It fits beautifully in the fridge.I purchased it so we could take it on vacations.If the poor instructions don't bother you, I'd say this is a nice unit for a great price.It is nice and compact. The handle is comfortable and removable.

It's small, maybe it's only useful for me when you live alone, but it does the job. I still don't understand how the expiration date works, but so far, everything is fine.
