I purchased this ITIL Foundation Cram study book for my wife. She state she wish she would have purchased this book before taking the exam the first time. This book gets to the core of what you need to know for passing the exam. She took the exam the second time this past weekend and passed the exam effortlessly. Passing this exam mean an increase in her salary and a promotion to a service desk delivery manager. Good book and full of only the necessary information to pass your ITIL3 Foundation exam. My only gripe is that the content wasn’t edited carefully and is full of grammatical errors and misspellings which is very distracting and messes with the book’s flow otherwise, the information is spot on.

This book along with his Udemy courses are the essential tools to pass. Jason Dion presents the information in a useful and understandable format that relates directly to the ITIL Foundation material needed not only to pass the test but to learn. I generally don't heap praise on people or things but I give Jason Dion's ITIL Foundation book along with his classes my highest praise because they had me ready to take and pass the certification test the first time. You will not go wrong with this book! I would also add that his Facebook group also gives great advice and guidance for the real world for the ITIL certification and other certifications too. This was money incredibly well spent for me.

Okay. If you're more of a the technical type but had to get ITIL certified for whatever reason, this book makes it about as painless as possible. Even then, it's painful to read about ITIL. I can't fault the author for that, the test material is just boring. Still, this book just covered what I needed to know. No more -- no less.TL;DR: Author makes painfully boring study material slightly less painful. I have to credit him for that.

Excelent book. It goes to the point, and it's very helpful. In companion with the course its author teaches in Udemy, there must be no problem in passing the ITIL Foundations exam.Moreover, it's written easy to understand for non native English speakers.

I found the book dry. I purchased the companion course on Udemy and was able to follow along with the video course in the book. This made the book alot easier to digest.

The book was pretty good in getting you familiar with the ITIL foundation. however there are some concepts that are missed and not mentioned in the service design phase. also the Underpinning Contract definition is not correct in the book. It can use some extra terms to be added. Overall it is a quick and rough way to get a crash course in knowing ITIL so it does the job.

This book was my primary resource studying for the ITIL foundations. I utilized this and some practice questions from other resources including the Axelos app. I passed on my first attempt. I love the no filler approach, a quick read.

Fast paced book which condenses every thing down to less than one hundred pages. Gave it 4 stars because it has a number of spelling mistakes and some of the diagrams are just to small to read.

This book helped me a lot to establish a foundation of knowledge, along with online notes and the official Axelos ITIL App i was able to pass the exam.

I never received it. I lost my money
