I take quercetin for immune support and heart health. It is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This one comes in the form of veggie capsules that are pretty easy to swallow. The dosage is only 1 capsule per day. It is supposed to be more bioavailable to the body. I have just started taking this instead of my usual quercetin. Only time will tell how good it is.This comes in a plastic bottle inside a shrink-wrapped retail box packaging. It is a 60-day supply. In addition to quercetin, it also contains vitamin C and black pepper extract. Made in Japan by a well-known Singapore company. Overall, this seems like a good quercetin supplement. At about $0.50 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money. So far so good.

Oh my wife thinks I am a Quercetin junkie, but look -- so much research has come out about this supplement it's hard not to love it. But with ANY vitamin or supplement the question is always about delivery or absorption, the ability for the body to benefit fully from the dose. And because of digestion, time and mixing with different foods we don't always get that benefit.LABO Nutrition's SunActive IsoQ type Quercetin claims 25x's more bio-availability and up to 4X's more absorption, and I agree. I have taken this particular brand during the pollen season here in North Carolina and it has helped immeasurably, including no itching eyes, and inflammation. In fact overall joint inflammation is noticeably down and I credit this product with that benefit.It's a little pricey at $29.99 (as of this review) but what is relief worth? I take Quercetin regularly, however this was my first experience with SunActive IsoQ Quercetin. That is the type of Quercetin used in this, “Perfect Quercetin” supplement from LABO Nutrition. According to the information on this listing and the packaging this SunActive IsoQ Quercetin is supposed to be about 25x more bioavailable than typical Quercetin. The capsules inside the bottle have a color I'd expect from Quercetin, though a bit paler. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, and each serving is 1 capsule which contains 310mg SunActive IsoQ, 70mg Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), and 5mg BioPerine Black Pepper extract.These capsules are easy to swallow, I encountered nothing out of the ordinary. So far, so good with these capsules. However, after a few weeks of taking these, “Perfect Quercetin” capsules I can’t say if it’s any different than other normal Quercetin supplements I’ve taken over the years. Made in Japan.

I like the health benefits that quercetin and Vitamin C offer. They’re effective as anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral agents. The dosage size in this is adequate, and the combination of two important ingredients means fewer pills for me to take in the course of a day. I’ve tried other Labo Nutrition products, and am always impressed with the quality ingredients this company uses in enhanced bioavailable forms. This particular formula incorporates SunActive® IsoQ, which provides a soluble form of isoquercitrin, a precursor to quercetin that offers much better bioavailability.

I'm a firm believer in Quercetin supplements as an inexpensive alternative to allergy medications and as an anti-inflammatory with potential immunity boosting benefits. My go-to product has been Revly's Quercetin + Bromelain. This Perfect Quercetin product seems to deliver similar results, though it uses a different mix of ingredients and does not identify Quercetin in its normal form as an ingredient. So it is difficult to assess whether you are receiving the same benefit from this product as from the 500mg of Quercetin in other products. This product is also more expensive than other traditional Quercetin supplements, though it claims to be better absorbed by your body. Probably best to try a variety of these products and see which provides the best result for you individually and the least side effects. Some Quercetin products I've used make my blood pressure drop too much, particularly if I take them before strenuous exercise, though I haven't experienced that side effect with this product.
