Not designed for petite kids. The tightest setting isn’t tight enough for my kid. She can slip it right off.

Need to put these on sort of loose and make sure your child wears long sleeves to prevent any sort of pressure impressions otherwise it works great stops thumb sucking

Might be hit and miss for parents. My kid absolutely hated them and wouldn’t sleep, so I had to return.

They seem great, but my 2yr old took them off within seconds. There is no "child safety" on them to prevent your child from just pulling on the Velcro. I was worried about that when I purchased, but was hoping with one on each arm he wouldn't be able to do it. That theory was wrong. If you're willing to put a long sleeve shirt over top, they'd probably work great, but I will be returning.

It works but gotta be consistent children do not like it . Good quality durable material.
