Sind also gut in Kapseln eingepackt und mit natürlichem Antioxidant versehen. Würde davon ausgehen, dass die lange haltbar sind.

These seemed to be very effective when taking two capsules a week, but even this was too much for me as I started to suffer poor sleep and lackluster feeling after taking it for 3 months. its pretty amazing what this does for my skin. I got mild breakouts of acne. Basically deep rooted hormonal spots it will reduce inflammation substantially and they wont stay around for half as long.
