Wworks great in a dremel or a small portable drill.velcro backed sanding pads stick on well.

Great addition
Haven’t tried them out yet but exactly what I was looking for my lapidary crafts. Only thing I suggest is to wrap a rubber band around each grit pack with a little piece of paper stating what the grit is. These look like they were cut from a bigger sheet so grit markings are not on every little piece and it is sometimes hard to tell which grit each one is when they are just put all together is a little baggie.

The only problem is if the disks aren't put exactly in the center then there is a bad vibration and wobble

Difficult to tell a couple of disc grit sizes apart from each other
It's too bad there isn't some sort of visual indicator to know which grit is which.
