I Only dislike the fact that you have to take 2 since I already take other supplements and it's just more that I have to swallow. I can't really comment yet about the sleep quality since I just started taking them again. But I was able to fall asleep fine yesterday. I can also tell a big difference in the quality of my bowel movements cause I believe that is key to how you feel, is how often you go and how Healthy your stools are Because you just feel so much better if you are able to have at least 2 to 3 movements per day.

I have bought these over 5-6 times. They are a great vitamin with minimal issues for digestion. Love them. Used in 2 healthy pregnancies

I’ve tried lots of different magnesium and sometimes I get upset stomach etc. with these so far I haven’t noticed any stomach issues which is great. I take them closer to night to help with sleep. I have lots of pain and a broken back etc so magnesium is supposed to help with that. One reason I got this brand was because of the 2 different types of magnesium plus the L- Taurine which I have never found in bay other brands, but thought it might have some positive effects. Taken from online (The human body uses taurine for actions in cells. One example is that taurine is used for energy production. Taurine also helps the body process bile acid and balance fluids, salts and minerals, among other actions.) I will keep ordering this for the time. So far so good.

I have tried other brands of magnesium , but this one seems to work the best for me. The store where I was purchasing it changed their supplier and I tried that brand and it did not work for me the same.
