Received it and the K-cup side didn't work. Just returned for a replacement, so hopefully the next one I receive actually works. 🙏

I like the design and the looks of the machine. Makes good coffee, but keeps dripping water and coffee after you remove your cup. Also grinds coffee too fine and leaves too much residual grounds in your cup and drops powder on the tray to clean up. Small resevoir. Have to fill too often.

Bought one of these, and it didn’t allow us to select the water sizes to even run the clean cycle. Returned it and got another one that had the same issue. We weren’t able to make coffee at all because the water choices weren’t available. Cuisinart Support confirmed that this was a known issue with this coffee maker. Until this corrected, save yourself the hassle and look for something else.

I should have read reviews. Bought one - couldn’t complete cleaning cycle because water choices would not pop on. Returned. Bought another. Same issue. Amazon needs to remove this product.

We like the idea but we couldn’t do the initial cleaning cycle. Not sure why. There was no one to call for help, so returned it. So sad.

We bought one and it didn’t work so we returned it thinking it was just a bad one. Got another one and the same thing. It won’t even let you do the beginning and clean it. We called customer service and they said yeah that is our newest model. We can give you a warrant with it if you keep it. No thank you returned it. Do buy it not worth the hassle

The pin that drops down utterly destroys the top of the kcup so all of the grinds leak out around and into the coffee machine instead of going down the spout. The water that does make it out results in a super super weak coffee.This is not a good machine.Looks are deceiving.

I like the idea that it's compact & has a coffee grinder, reusable pod, fresh brew coffee. The 3 setting for oz's is great!

I should have read the reviews first, this machine arrived and never worked. The grinder worked the coffee side has never worked . I am returning. Lesson learned! Read the reviews first! This is junk.
