Ive received my trio sample pack 2,5 months ago and since then I've been using the blue piece. still have less than a half of it left, its super economical. 2 other ones I haven't tried but i imagine it will be very similar.It doesn't leave any sticky residue on hair like some other shampoo bars

I was looking for shampoo and conditioner bars so we could avoid the waste of plastic bottles. I first bought the trial size sampler of Hibar, with three different versions. We loved them, so I have bought the full-size of the Soothe variety. It is so nice. And so efficient. Just a couple of swipes across our wet hair is enough to get lots of lather. Hair is clean without being stripped of all life. Very pleasant mild scent that is simply from the citrus ingredients, not a fake addition. It seems to last a good long while, too. I'll never go back to plastic bottles.

I ordered these to try the other two bars(volume and moisture), and was not disappointed. The samples of each size lasted a fair amount of time, and ended up working great as travel shampoos.I'm not sure I noticed much of a difference between the different types, but they all still worked well. I'm sure an extended trial would show more differences.Love the feel of the brand though, I've permanently moved from bottled shampoo to this. It doesnt leave a waxy residue like some other bars(j.r. liggetts) I've tried

I love these shampoo bars. I have been looking for something that is clean and non toxic, but the fact that it works super well for my long hair, plus is eco friendly just makes this brand perfect for me. I bought the green one (maintain) in Whole Foods and really liked it so I thought I’d try this one (volumizing) and I like it even more I believe. I have long hair that tends to get dry at the ends but very oily up top. I prefer the dryness to the oiliness because I have wavy hair with a lot of texture and the heavier shampoos weigh down my natural waves (not this shampoo though!). I used to have very thick hair but it has thinned a little over the years due to some hormonal issues and trauma, but it is still somewhat thick. Since switching to natural shampoos, I’ve had a hard time getting that volume back. I finally feel like I have it with this. It also lathers well. If you have really dry hair, I wouldn’t suggest this, but if your hair gets oily and weighs down easily, I would give this a try for sure!

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo. I first bought HiBAR for myself through a different distributor back in November 2019—and STILL had a bottle-cap sized chunk left in mid-March 2020, which is when I finally bought a second bar. This stuff LASTS for the longest time. For my hair type (straight, doesn't get greasy that fast, a bit on the thick side), the "Maintain" shampoo is perfect, and I don't need to use conditioner because the shea butter in the shampoo is enough for my needs. I haven't used conditioner since last November, either, and my hair seems healthier and happier than it has been for years—it also seems to have cured my postpartum itchy-scalp the way no other medicinal shampoos could. The scent of the "Maintain" bar reminds of a mild limesicle scent, and is pleasant withoug being overpowering. The best way I've found to use the bar is to lather directly on your hair—NOT in your hands first. The lather is just like any bottle shampoo, and you really don't need a lot of the product. I also love that the packaging really is sustainable/recyclable: the bar is wrapped in something like tissue paper and comes in a paper box. Both go directly in the recycling bin. I've tried other shampoo bars, but this one is the business. I've sent it and recommended it to multiple friends and family members.

I have long hair and converted to using this product for more than a year. Absolutely fantastic result, easy use, and great small package to travel with.
