ErgoRest 332-023 Articulating Arm Support - Black - Standard Arm (14.25"), Standard Pad (5.125")

I went looking for something that would give me the support I needed at my computer at work. That was at least ten years ago, and there were very few options. I managed to find this one and my boss was willing to pay the price. Fast forward to retirement. I am still spending long hours at the computer editing, formatting and publishing the books my husband writes and my wrist and shoulder were becoming increasingly painful. This time around I found quite a few similar devices priced considerably less than this one. A deep dive into Amazon finally turned up the ErgoRest. I did not hesitate to pay the higher price which was no more than the first one ten years ago. The quality and functionality are still right up there, too. The device is very simple, although it takes a it of getting used to. It has allowed me to work for extended periods without pain. I highly recommend it.

I have to admit these make a huge difference when spending a lot of time on a computer. The range of movement and smooth movement makes it easy to forget you are using them. It has reduced strain in my upper neck and shoulders.These were well worth the money and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
