Ever since I bought my house there has been one huge thorn in my side. The neighbors have two very loud small dogs who barked non stop from the moment I moved in. I was able to make friends with the male dog (had to bribe him with food but he's my pal now) but the female dog is just insane. There's no reasoning with her. The only time she doesn't bark is when she's chewing the treat I gave her, the she's barking again. Every time I dare to step outside she's right there at the fence barking non stop for hours on end (unless i'm doing something loud like mowing or wood chipping). I've tried ultra sonic bark discouragement devices but they don't do the trick. Finally in desperation I resorted to this horn. I tried it for the first time today and man does that thing work great! I gave her one verbal warning which she ignored, and then I gave her a blast with the horn. She retreated in terror and hasn't bothered me but once all day and a verbal warning shut her right up. I didn't even need to use the horn again. I made a little sling attached to my belt and I'll carry it with me when I'm doing yard work. Maybe, just maybe I can finally have a little peace. Being free from that constant verbal harassment would be wonderful indeed. This has been going on for THREE YEARS NOW! Man I hope this continues to work!

I have two large dogs and one of them had a leg operation. The male dog would attempt to jump on top of her to play & they would begin fighting. I have never seen them behave in such a manner but I did understand she was recovering and she would react towards him to leave her alone. This turned out to be a brawl between them way too frequent. It became so bad, I didn't know what else to do & keeping them crated isn't a life for a dog! I began doing research & read to purchase an air horn & it would make them STOP. Well, low & behold, YES it works! Now, all I do is grab it if I feel as though they are about to go at it & they both flee. Love my dogs to the moon & back but the fighting had to STOP. So far, so good! The fighting has stopped! I used it once to test it & then two other times! So, THANK YOU, for helping me resolve a very exhausting issue! I also read this is great for dog walkers. If you & your fur baby are approached by an aggressive dog, this will make them flee.

We have a coyote problem in our residential bedroom community. They murdered two of our beloved pet Yorkies right from our yard in the past five years, one right in front of us. We were told by our police animal control officer to get an air horn to blow when we see them as the coyotes hate the sound and will eventually reroute to avoid our yard. We bought the smaller one first and got to use it on a roaming coyote once. That thing turned tail and ran the other way so it was effective. Now that we must take an air horn out whenever we let our dogs out, as well as stay near our dogs, we bought the larger ones to make sure we have them when we need them. They work well and served the function for which we bought them.

Bought this to answer phone calls from solicitors. Works great, they've stopped calling. Would recommend/10

Loud and works great to shut up the neighbors incessant dogs!

I cannot speak to its reliability, but on first use this air horn is painfully loud to anyone or anythingwith sensitive hearing. It is guaranteed to get the attention of anything with ears within a few hundredyards.

Got it to chase coyotes away. Tested it once and it's LOUD. You can shake it to tell how much fluid remains. That's nice. I wish it were less expensive.

Did not work. We live in a heavy bear populated area. Bought this just in case. Well tonight I needed this air horn and guess what. Did not work!! Faint sqeaking happen but not what I needed. I bought another brand for travel for walks and I had to run grab that one for the bear to be scared off. I am so incredibly disappointed that they would sell such a faulty devise especially when mant people use this for safety reasons. Please do not buy this product!
