First one came with broken latch they sent replacement right away with no issues...It's good quality I would recommend

Junk plastic
I agree with the one review about these hatches being junk. They look nice, but the plastic is not quality. It is actually crap. My latches also came broken right out of the box. I would not recommend this product to anybody because if the latches are not broken out of the box, they will eventually break sooner than laterI returned them, and I bought a new set of hatches from dpi marine. They were about double the price, but they are absolutely beautiful and absolutely sturdy. You get what you pay for here.

Nice and works well
Building a new deck on my fishing boat. Needed a small hatch to store the anchors and other things. This worked very well and was a decent price. Holding up so far!

Broken larch
This is the 3rd one I have ordered and will have to return . Because it has a broken Latch. Just like the ones before. Nice door's. But the latches aren't very good. I'm hoping to get a few latches to replace the broken one if you can so I don't have to send the whole door'.. thanks

Good product 👌
Installed on 14ft creek boat. It was pretty easy to install. Seems good closes and locks like its should and keeps the water out. Traced the outside edge to cut hole for the install wish it came with a stencil to use to get a more accurate hole.

Garbage.
Very brittle plastic. When it gets cold it WILL crack, no doubt. The locks broke on the first one and all I did was TOUCH it. Sent it back and was dumb enough to get a second, which also CAME broken. I needed a quick fix though and was able to rig it to work. The door is all one piece, 12 screws, but omg thr plastic parts in the handles are absolutely brittle and if you touch it, it just disintegrates. I had already cut the hole for this so I had to rig the lock with E6000. It will last a little while if I am easy with it. Just don't get it! I had to escalate my complaint but I did get a full refund and kept the broken door since it was already installed. Junk. Pure junk.
