The best flex nib I've tried so far
This pen flexes beautifully and effortlessly. I'm left handed, and I can use it without digging into the paper. That's a real plus for a flex nib. One flaw is that sometimes, when you first fill it up, you'll get globs of ink out of the nib, even after wiping it. Use some scratch paper after refilling to catch the drips, or your first few words might put down too much ink. After that, it's effortless and perfect. This pen flexes as well as my falcon nib, and it's easier to use. Outstanding.

Good nib, terrible pen.
The ultra flex nib is great, but the fountain pen as such is really bad. It comes in a rather cheap plastic packaging, the pen itself is a fragile, cheap plastic that looks rather ugly, and the feed keeps on burping ink all the time. It ruined a couple of pages in my journal, and a drawing I was trying with it, and I hadn't even had it for 24 hours. The price is ridiculous for this quality. You can get so many other great options, with better quality, better packaging, and classy design at a fraction of this pen. Get the nib alone, but not this pen. I didn't believe the other reviews, and I paid the price. Not recommended at all.

It bleeds needs to get used to it
I like the pen but be careful with bleeding. I like the flexible nib, good for some calligraphy drills. But, for 59.00 this pen could have a better bix, It comes in a cheap clear box. Manufacturer should add a nicer box to keep the pen in it.

Great flex
Great flex but the nib has a bit of a tendency to leak into the cap. I keep the pen flat on my desk and do not carry it around

Completely obsessed! See video and pics
The media could not be loaded. Firstly, ignore the ink on my fingers in the video, because I’m new to fountain pens and it was a learning curve to realize not to hold it so close to the nib.Secondly, I love it! It suits my purposes perfectly. Not only is it great for calligraphy (it’s like a pocket dip pen, seriously better than a lot of my dip pen nibs and very versatile for calligraphy and word art), but it’s also great as a normal pen. I love that i can load my own ink into it and it makes my signature and penmanship more unique and interesting. The line variation adds character and style to the most mundane text.Thirdly, it writes extremely smooth, I’ve had no issues with the ink flow, no railroading at all, despite me being a complete beginner not just to piston fill pens but fountain pens in general! It’s lightweight but still weighty enough to feel fancy as you write. I love a nice heavy pen.Beginner friendly and easy to use, just buy it and start writing! I am also new to calligraphy and am steadily teaching myself. What you see in the pictures is the product of about 1 week of calligraphy self study.See for yourself! The attached pictures and video show lots of my experiments. 5/5, 10/10, 100% recommend the FPR Jaipur V2 Ultra Flex fountain pen! 🤗🥰❤️

Railroads
The other pen I got from FPR was quite good... writes well, juicy line, good flow, and no railroading. So I bought this one to keep a second ink color in (FPR's blue ink)..... and it railroads quite badly. Disappointing!

I knew it was a risk, and im still disappointed
First 2 weeks having it, no issues whatsoever. Wrote like a dream, filled well, flexed great, totally happy. Then, out of nowhere, it suddenly started splurting ink out the feed. Dripping everywhere. I checked everything, disassembled it, cleaned it, and put it back together perfectly, refilled it, and it belched ink again like crazy. What's so frustrating is there's seemingly no reason that it happened; there was no change in how it was being carried, nor the conditions it was being kept in. I really would have preferred it not have worked at the beginning. It gave me hope. At least don't give me hope! Returned and never looked back.

Excellent flex performance
This pen is a lot better than the FPR Ambassador one. The flex is great but the inkflow is much better. Not sure if its because the feed is ebonite while on the ambassador its plastic, or if the design of the jaipur feed is just better, but the ink flows here very well with no railroading. The pen is also very comfortable snd easy to disassemble for cleaning. The only downside is that it is too light for my taste, needs a little bit more weight.
