Found a recipe to make one's own ELMNT powder, using this and other powders. Was an expensive purchase with all the others too. But months later, so much left still....it's been a great purchase.

I am very happy with the purchase! I had many brands from here where only one was strong enough to feel the effect, it was German brand that discontinued product and since then all brands useless until i got this powder. So in control of whats inside, how much to take.

…that is, hardly any taste at all. I take it mixed into oat milk, and it seems to actually improve the drink. I'm confident of its purity because the taste and general mouth feel is identical to some I had bought several years earlier from a different source.

Love magnesium malate, thank you, but this version mixes poorly.

This is a product that is golden if you wake up with a leg cramp in the middle of the night. If you get them occasionally then you know how painful they can be. I take a slightly rounded teaspoon in a glass of water and pound it down. Can't say that it's tasty with water. It's slightly chalky but the flavor itself is close to neutral. I mix it into my protein smoothie and if I drink that then I usually don't get cramps. When I forget, that's when the cramps show up at night. Fun, fun, fun (not really). Anyway, it takes care of the cramp very quickly for me as I use it noted above. Your mileage may vary. Also noted that this does not bother my GI track in the least bit. Recommended.

I was recommended this by one of my doctors for a medical issue I have. I use a scoop that comes with it in my drink every morning to ensure I get the full amount. Usually this canister lasts approximately 4-6 months. So it's a good value as well. Very easy to mix into anything. Dissolves quickly. Because I live in a humid area, I do add an extra moisture packet to the plastic container, so far it hasn't caked and appears just as fresh from opening it to when I get the last scoop.
