Excellent VFM and service - brilliant seller.
The bracket was easy to install and worked well for a year.Then stopped working.The seller has been very helpful, via requested videos/photos, he diagnosed the sender unit as the fault. He sent us a replacement sender unit and a replacement remote control unit - at no cost to us!!!!Just plugged in the replacement sender unit and the motorised bracket is fully functioning again - excellent.Our thanks to the seller fir his help in getting the unit working again.We can happily recemmend both the motorised TV bracket and the seller very highly. Motor has stopped working after 8 months.
It’s overall a great product but not so great now it doesn’t come out at all. The motor seems to not be able to work. The remote works but when I click the button for it to extract it even though you can hear the motor working it doesn’t do anything.I don not know who to contact and have paid a lot of money for this product.
