I struggled to keep these in place when active. I decided to go with compression shirts for most uses.

Sleeve started to get out of shape and slip down after 2 weeks. I folded it over and sew it but the material became out of shape more.Do not buy.Will stretch out of shape where it will start to slip

These are well made using high quality materials. The length and fit is good except the elastic at the upper arm is too tight. Though I bought the largest size and my upper arm is 15-inches (not that big compared to muscular arms) the elastic band is very uncomfortable. I've purchased several other brands and all the upper elastic bands are too tight. Do they purposely make them so tight to save money on buying the elastic bands? Come on guys, can you make these more comfortable and not so tight!

I bought one pair of the compression sleeves for my husband who overdid it on a construction project and was having chronic pain in his arms. The anti inflammatories and pain killers were helping but he was still painful. He decided to try the sleeves and was amazed that his pain was relieved by 50 per cent. I ordered 2 more pairs to keep a clean supply available. After a week he has reduced his pain meds from round the clock to once a day at bedtime.

It’s everything advertised! I did purchase a Large and I’m a female with shorter arms than a man so if you’re similar to me, I’d recommend a medium if you’d prefer the sleeves not hanging so far down on your hands. If you don’t mind that then these are definitely worth the money!
