Very Good Unlocked Phone
I bought this phone because I liked having a physical keyboard on a phone. I am very pleased with it. It is an Android phone and can use any Android app, but it also includes some useful Blackberry software. In addition to the physical keyboard, it is possible to have the virtual keyboard displayed so that there's always a choice. The display is very clear, and the build is very sturdy. Audio is decent, and the camera is very good. Wifi works well, and reception is good. This Keyone edition, the BB100-7, which has 4 GB of RAM with 64 GB storage and a dual SIM, was designed for India, but works well with any GSM carrier in the US. The bandwidths are the same used by US GSM carriers. The dual SIM tray accommodates either 2 SIMS or an SD card and a SIM card. I took a chance and bought this phone even it doesn't have a US warranty - the warranty on other phones I've had was useless. I just received an update from Nougat to Oreo; software support is good so far. Update as of August 2019: See my comment below; security updates are no longer available for this phone.Since the phone was not intended for US distribution, the wall charger/ power adapter for the charging cable does not have bladed connectors for US electrical receptacles. An adapter was provided by the vendor, but it didn't really fit. This wasn't a big issue for me, because I often replace or buy additional charging cables and adapters. The charging cable is a USB Type A to USB Type C, not a micro USB. The factory cable, which is usable, is rather short. Of course, since Blackberry phones aren't as common as they once were, selection of cases and accessories is more limited. There are decent cases available, though. I'm still pleased with the phone, and have been using it for 2 months now.

Great Device. Works on T-Mobile USA
I purchased this to be used as my work device. I have a Samsung Note 9 which ive been using since 2018 that is my daily driver. For $250 this Blackberry is great. If this device came out in 2014 i would have probably used blackberry exclusively as both my daily personal phone and work phone. Sure the camera isnt amazing, and yes it does not have a top end processor. I have never been disappointed with its performance, nor have i really had any issues with the camera. Im 30 Y.O and hardly ever use my phone as anything other than a communication device. The keyboard is great and the build quality is top notch. My use case isnt typical since not everyone needs 2 phones, but i can say that if i wasnt comparing this device to my Samsung then i would be very happy with it as my only device. But since i have a Note 9 and its better in everyday (and hugely more expensive) then of course I see why people question having a blackberry. I can say this though, i would take a Keyone or Key2 over an Iphone any day of the week!

Great phone. Bad logistics. Terrible accessory.
The phone is awesome, that I already know. One star is for the bad logistics (2 days later than expected) and terrible accessory. The product was obviously shipped to New Delhi, which is fine, but the plug type of the charger is also made for India. I don't mind using my own charger but such kind of info should be disclosed before any customer makes a purchase.

Battery Life is Incredible
Battery life is really my first thing to talk about here. I go through a LOT of phones and am far from brand loyal. In the past few months I have had the Pixel 2, iPhone, and this Blackberry side by side. The battery life on the KeyOne blows the others away. After a typical day of moderate use, the Pixel would be at say 30% at 7pm, the iPhone at 25%, and the KeyOne at 75%. It was just crazy how long the battery goes on this. The keyboard isn't for everyone. It's more of a nostalgic thing - though tactile keys have their place still today. They feel a little tighter from the days I remember with the Classic, but they are very responsive and double as a trac pad. Great idea.OS is a tweaked Android one - and not as current as that on the Pixel 2 as it has to go through BB for final tweaks. It has incredible built in security though. That's a huge plus. This black version has all the nice upgrades that make it a really nice daily phone for texting, composing emails, surfing, etc. You don't get as much screen real estate though as on the Pixels / iPhones in the same size.Camera is meh.If you are someone in the business world, it's really great for meetings (auto silence during scheduled meetings and so on), composing long emails, and what not.It didn't become my daily driver, but it's none the less a really solid phone. It actually had the best build feel in my hands when comparing with the iPhone and Pixel. Solid, a little weight, and well engineered. But give me swipe-texting over keys today. I thought I could go back to physical keys, but I was wrong.

Best phone I've had yet
Android is a buggy, controlling and nosy os but blackberry corals it and makes it run better than any other brand I've tried and I've tried a lot of brands. This is easily the best android phone I have ever had.Pros - Cameras are great, battery life is excellent, everything works better than most android phones, has type c usb, can use some emulators with the physical keys, good wifi, good speakers, many good things - too many to recallCons - it is still android, so the more apps you install the greater the odds of strange behavior such as my ringer stopping working until restart, battery is nonremovable -I think it will last a long time but it's a shame it's not removable, unlike the q10 many of the settings are either difficult to access or nonexistent without third party apps -such as control of notification sounds vibrations and led colors for each app,

Used phone quality substandard
Great phone but since it is used; I learned why previous owner parted with it early. Phone has a glich in which the screen flickers a lot when display is turned on. Tap function which is a great thing to have in a Blackberry does not function well on this phone. Do not always buy used.
