I’m in my late 40’s and genetically I’m doing better than most of my friends around my age. I’m always getting asked what am I doing to help keep a head full of hair. These last few years I’ve been using no hair products like jells, moose, or sprays but I’m wear hats way too often. I’m always asking my stylist about the top of my head thinning out and I’m seeing more hair on the floor than I use to.As soon as I saw this I requested it. I’ve heard about Roman products before and they must be spending big money on marketing. Not sure if that makes them a quality brand or not.There’s nothing special about the ingredients in this bottle. The ingredients are known for helping with hair and nails.Started taking this around October 24, 2022 and I’m going to assume it’s like most all supplements and it takes some time to get into your system. I take 3 easy to swallow pills every morning with food in my stomach.I feel there’s days that my hair looks better but everyone has a good hair day every now and then. When it comes to these supplements I usually give it a month or two before I get any idea on if it’s working or not. I’m doing this with the Amazon Vine Program so I’m obligated to do a review in a timely manner, that’s why I’m writing this now. I’ll be doing a follow up in the next few weeks when I finish the bottle and have a better idea of how or if this is working.

Product is somewhat effective in preventing hair loss. The price is good compared to other hair loss products. There are no apparent side effects.

My husband has tried the Roman Restore Conditioner and likes it, so I got him this hair support supplement to try as well. There isn't enough research to support biotin being effective to help grow hair, but there is a bit more evidence that it can help prevent hair loss.This supplement is 3 medium size pills a day, and they can all be taken at the same time. They are pretty standard size capsules, and my husband swallows them all at once. But, I think it would be much easier to take them one at a time. The pills don't have an unpleasant smell like most multivitamin supplements do, and they don't repeat on him after he takes them.The pills have 100 percent or more of daily allowances in vitamins C, D, E, and many others, so he's stopped taking the daily multivitamin that he was taking and is taking these instead. They have ingredients that support collagen, methylcobalamin, saw palmetto and reishi mushroom -- which all have benefits that go beyond the hair.He is happy with this supplement for those reasons, and if they happen to help his hair so be it. We recommend it because it contains quality ingredients.

This product must have been left out at the shelf for some time. Old and taste so bad. Just stay away

It's got almost all the necessary vitamins you need daily and some. I waited a few weeks before submitting a review to see any noticeable difference. It's not claiming hair growth but hair support. I still see the same amount of hair on the shower floor so i guess even that is doubtful. If for vitamins, i think it's around the same price of your typical multivitamins, but for me i'd stick to the ones i've been taking.

I have female hair thinning, and i take prescribed medicine for it, but i also do what i can to support hair growth and strength in addition to that. My hair is fine and breaks easily. I've been taking biotin for a couple years. This seems comparable to other brands i've used. I have been taking this for about a week, and they have no taste or smell, and no side effects. I don't have a way to show "before" and "after" since i used this to replace a similar product, but i will continue to use this. They are not difficult for me to swallow. Since they are designed for men, I have been taking 1 daily instead of the recommended 3 pills, because I'm female and I am using this in addition to other products.

Product arrived march 27th and the expiration date was april same year, I didnt have time to consume it
