As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I purchased this set to use on myself to help with a shoulder injury I have. So far, the cupping set is fairly easy to use and care for. The bigger cup isn't as easy to grip when using the cups on yourself and the smaller cup just doesn't quite impact a larger muscle area like the bigger cup does. Still, for the price, the product is worth every penny. My range-of-motion has greatly improved since I started the cupping with this set and my pain has lessened.As for the bag the cups are shipped with - it is a little tough to stretch open to get the cups out the first time. Then, it is a little hard to use thereafter. However, moving your cups to a different drawstring bag should remedy that problem.

The price was right, and these have just enough suction power to help, without hurting TOO much, I think. These are thick, good quality, and seem durable. They've helped relieve muscle & tendon tension and pain for me. They're going to be part of my daily life for a long time to come, I think!*A nice little surprise was that a free Gua Sha board (plastic, but thick & sturdy) was included in the package, which was not something I was expecting! I actually didn't know what it was (some documentation explaining what it was & how to use it, or a link to a YouTube video like for the massage cups would be sweet, seller!) but I stumbled across a YouTube video en route to the link given with the cup instructions & happened to find out what Gua Sha was.

This is one of the products which is reduced to the max. It is dead simple yet well designed and engineered to make sure that it masters the job it is supposed to. - And indeed it does. Could I DIY my own suction cup? Yes, I could! BUT, it wouldn't be nearly as convenient, "comfortable", efficient and long lasting as those cups here. The thick rounded edges really seals well and allow for great suction power. The cups are incredibly sturdy and it would require serious force to destroy them. No way they would break/be damaged when only used for their intended purpose. The bag which came with them looks cute and will be perfect for knickknacks...because the cups don't really need extra protection, however I take a lovely storage bag for free any day! :-) Good Purchase.

Bang for your buck! Loved these. The feeling of cupping feels like a massage! I haven’t noticed anything when it comes to cellulite but it feels great, especially when you have sore muscles!
