Cheap and unique.
A relatively inexpensive way to achieve a very distinctive look. But here is what you should know:–These panels are pressed out of thin MDF, looks to be about 3mm thick. Some of the tighter curves in the pattern show small cracks from the press-forming.–Overall, the panels are accurately sized, but there are some small variations, and some of the edges are not entirely straight. You will have some small gaps between the panels which will have to be filled.–The recommended procedure for attaching the panels is to use construction adhesive applied to the back of the panels and then to use brad nails to pin them in place. Use a pneumatic brad nailer. Ultimately, it is the glue that holds the panels, but the nails are necessary to hold the panels flat until the glue dries. The panels are not flat, but are thin enough that it is easy to press them flat onto the wall as you install them. You will have to choose the nail locations on each panel according to its particular curvature.–None of this is a big deal, but none of it can be known from the seller's listing either.
