The adjustable padded foam strap has a Velcro fastener to allow flexible fit yet keep the pads securely in place. The long padded straps may be trimmed with scissors as necessary for comfort. These pads should be hand washed in cool water and line dried. Close the Velcro tabs before washing to prevent tangles.
