can this be used for a cabinet door that is raised off the floor 4". the door is less than 7 lbs. can it mount to the faceframe only?

this is too big for a cabinet and has to lau on hard solid floor because any weight will end up on yhe lower axial point this is for door of around 60kg all details are writen in the description
