Pharmaceutical brand which is better than the regular. Helps my dry eye a bit. Pills a bit large on this particular one. If you have problem swallowing pay attention to that factor get pills with smaller mcg.

No fishy taste or smell while taking and no aftertaste, burps etc. at all!! ( I take with food so I've never tried on an empty stomach) Its a larger size gel capsule but typical for Omega 3's I suppose, no problem swallowing for me. Seems potent in terms of actual vitamin or nutritional content and I have definitely noticed an overall improvement in health and my skin feels better overall. I have taken these for a couple years now though so I think its something you will not notice the difference overnight.

No point in taking fish oil if you're just going to increase your mercury load--it's worth it to pay a little more for a good quality fish oil like this.I like to couple this brand one with some extra DHA from these: Jarrow Formulas Max DHA , 180 Softgels; I find the pairing really helps keep my mental energy up throughout the day. Some of the capsules in the bottle were burst - there’s fish oil all over the other pills and they’re all slimy and smell like fish now. Been using this brand for a long time and this is the first time this has happened.

I was hesitant about purchasing a brand of Omega 3's that I wasn't familiar with. I have been dealing with inflammation in my body for close to a year. It was particularly in my hands. As a woman, I missed wearing rings. A provider had sold me a bottle of Omega 3, which gave me fairly quick relief, but not 100%. I took 4 gel caps a day, so that bottle only lasted barely a month. Though, it was helping, I lived far and dealt with a lot of traffic to get to their office. Paying for shipping increased the cost even more. Hesitantly, I was searching on Amazon hoping to match what I had bought. RxOmega was it, offering higher in milligrams & DHA in their product I bought. The company offers a lower MG dose, but I was now out of my other bottle of Omega 3. I could feel the inflammation returning. I didn't want to take a chance that the lesser strength wouldn't work as well for a few dollars less than to buy the higher strength. My provider is a 2 hour drive to pick up another bottle. Given the time of day, I wouldn't get it till the next day anyway. I took a chance and ordered this brand right then. Comparing what I'd been using to this product, I was really happy to see it contained the identical fish resources. With taking a reliable source of Omega 3, I feel it has also slightly lowered my BP. Additionally, the bonus of it all is the increased energy I have. I had to stop taking it at night. Crazy, right? I had noticed with the brand I had been taking that my sleep had been horrible. Couldn't fall asleep, couldn't stay asleep. Now I take it in the morning and I'm going all day. The energy is awesome. I'm signed up for a subscription. I am not running out of this. Hope they don't either. I pray this review helps others who are looking and unsure of the reliability of a product. Cost is a factor to me, but the problem with the inflammation was getting so bad that I had to take a chance. My hands hurt then my knee started hurting. I could see the swelling in my body.
