Great editorial planner!
The CREATE planner is a great editorial planner, meant for a very specific use - helping you grow your blog by keeping all of your biz goals, tasks, and projects in one place. This is not meant to replace your regular life planner - no weekly spreads to detail out your days (though Meera has included a digital bonus with an hourly incremental page included).First impressions is that it's a perfect size to keep on your desk, with plenty of room to write everything you need. Definitely love the soft matte cover - less intimidating to use and abuse every day. Paper weight is nice, not too lightweight so I'm not afraid of tearing it anytime I turn a page.Meera has included key CREATE spaces to brainstorm alongside your planning boxes, which really makes me think I'll use this planner more often out of habit and comfort. I've been at Stage 0 in blogging for months now because of the health issues of myself and my husband plus the lack of true clarity that every beginning blogger goes through - I feel like I've ordered this planner at the perfect time in my biz to get a handle on things and follow through with what I need to do and track.I've labeled the spine of my planner already with "Year One" because I can already see myself buying another one next year - it's that good, plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Anyone who's ready to get their head into business would be happy to have this planner at their side! **disclosure - I've been a Meera fangirl for almost a year now. I open every email and purchase anything I can that she puts together - it's always easy to understand and actionable!

CREATE is an absolute awesome Blog & Editorial Planner! * * * * * * * seven stars!
Meera Kothand is a real superstar in my book when it comes to blogging & emailing! I was super excited when she launched the Create Blog & Editorial Planner. WOWZA!! : ) It is so cool. I feel like she designed this just for me! Thank you, Meera! In the beginning of 2017, I started with a seemingly similar planner but had trouble with focusing on what I needed to accomplish. Meera's approach really assisted me to arrange, develop & succeed in this arena. It is difficult to argue with that!Customer service is VERY important to me. It always has been. With Meera's approach, you are really able to cultivate growth while also connecting with your audience which is always a WINNER in my book.All of that to me, while working hard to grow my business is worth six stars, easy!Wait until you see the actual planner itself. That is a DOUBLE WOWZA! It is absolutely stunning. The planner itself is award-winning in itself. I never considered myself a connoisseur of nicely designed books. I am an avid reader so maybe that has been because a lot of books simply are not this nice? Bravo, Meera! While that does not make a book, planner or a guide worth buying on its own. It does make me feel great every time I am reading it, planning with it or successfully implementing with it. You would think this would be reflected in the price, however, it is not. So, I threw in another "visualized" star on account of the quality & creativity inside & outside of this book. That is seven stars so far, btw!Seriously though, if you were most likely wondering if I would recommend CREATE to you? lol The answer would be an overwhelming YES! The small investment is worth every penny. You also do not have to wait for a new year to start using it as there are no printed dates which is another BIG plus!Enjoy the planner & StaySm:)in!

Almost Five Stars
The content of the workbook is organized and very helpful. I like that the monthly planning pages are undated so that you can start anywhere in the year and make full use of the 12 months ahead. In the front of the workbook, there are several exercises to clarify the purpose of your blog to help you pinpoint the direction of your posts.However, the reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the workbook itself. There are several all black pages with white chapter headings which I would have preferred to have been on white paper for extra places to write notes.There are many blank pages to take notes but they are a mid-tone grey with gridded white dots. I like to write in pencil and there is not enough contrast between the pencil and the pages to make it legible.I would like to see this offered in a smaller version so that it would be easier to travel with.

Awesome planner.
Well I bought this planner because I really needed something for an editorial planner that was on actual paper, as opposed to Google Calendar or other things like it. It does a good job at walking you through how to plan your blog posts and newsletters, as well as explaining why certain steps are recommended.I saw one of the reviews mentioned it was hard to write on the grey pages with pencil. That may be true, but I used HB pencil and darker, and it worked good at least for my copy. The black pages... that divide up certain sections, those pages could be hard to write on and be able to see of course. If you are trying to get the extra space for notes. However, I found an excellent use for my metallic markers! They write beautiful on those pages, and it's easy to see them, at least if you are using colors that contrast well with the black page.I like the soft cover and how it kinda feels, it's not just "paper." It seems to stain pretty easily though (finger prints etc), but not really that big a deal. I use my planner a lot (told you it was great!), so that is partly why.I would have preferred a different soft cover, one a little more sturdy, but not hardcover.I would definitely recommend this planner, if you like/need to have things together for your notes, e.g. notes for blog posts, newsletters, when to do whatever tasks etc).Awesome planner.
