Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine and Triphala - 2250mg/d - 540 Veggie Capsules with Black Pepper Extract -Turmeric Supplement

I do not like to take prescription pain killers so I researched turmeric and decided to purchase a bottle to see if it worked for me. I have been using this product for almost a year and it has really helped arthritis in my hand, knee and hip. It also helped reduce the inflammation and pain resulting from an accident. I take 2 capsules a day for maintenance but increase it to 4 capsules if I have a flare up or other issue; but every person is different so you may need to try different dosages to fit your needs.Vendor is small business which I try to support as much as possible. Product arrived quickly, without damage.

I was taking one of these each morning because I've read it might be good for me. When getting ready to re-order I read some reviews and saw one where a person said it helped his/her hip pain at night. It just so happened that I had developed hip pain while sleeping that was gradually getting worse and quite disruptive to my sleep. I was close to making a doctor's appointment for it. Hoping against hope that the review might be on to something, I changed to taking them in the evening and increasing the dosage to 2 capsules. After about a week I got incredible relief from my hip pain at night (probably bursitis). I can tell they are working because if I forget to take them for a couple days the pain starts coming back. I was also having some pain in my shoulders (accumulated injuries over the years) and I believe they have reduced that pain also, even in the shoulder where my physical therapist thought I might need surgery. I'm so happy!

I've been using this to fight depression and it is effective enough for me to stop taking anti-depressants. I recently tried a different brand and even though it had a higher level of turmeric, it was not working for me and my depression symptoms have returned. I'll stick to this brand from now on.

This product is not good. I have used Vita-Breeze in the past and started to experiment with other brands that claim to offer 95% Curcuminoids. I take turmeric for its anti-inflammatory properties which helps my neck and shoulder pain. After using this product, I have noticed no impact and my shoulder pain has returned. I will not buy this again. Don't waste your money.

Wasn't sure if these were doing me any good, until I stopped taking them for about a week, and what a difference! I suffer with arthritic joint pain pretty much all over, and with the use of three capsules a day, my "pain meds" are now cut back to once each morning. There is a very slight peppery taste, but it fades quickly the faster you get it down, certainly NOT enough to get me to stop using these. I do not want to go without my Turmeric Curcumin!

This is a great product! It works so well that I'd be concerned to try another brand because it might not work as well. I've been taking this brand of Turmeric for the last 6 months and I am completely off of Ibuprofen except for rare occasions. I have arthritis and my lumbar region is the worst. After taking Ibuprofen for years, my kidney function began to decline. I switched to Turmeric and am always amazed how well it works. It takes a few weeks to build up in your system but after that it works as well as if not better than Ibuprofen. I take 3 capsules before bed every night. And for the most part I am pain free! Highly Recommend!

After research, I decided that this supplement was one of the few sold by Amazon that's as cheap as the turmeric capsules sold at Costco while still including bioperine. As I understand it, bioperine, or black pepper extract, is essential to the efficient absorption of turmeric. Some cheaper turmeric supplements on Amazon lack bioperine. I don't know if this is quality turmeric. But overall, I've found turmeric to be a significant help with joint pain.

This Turmeric is the best curcumin supplement I've been able to find to date! At a total of 2250 mg's of combined curcumin (the active ingredient)...it has the highest levels in both the turmeric root and the turmeric extract with ZERO fillers. Also, there is an added benefit of the organic Triphala powder where I found this little nugget of information on this wonderful ingredient:Triphala is very high in antioxidants. It's touted for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral abilities, and it's prescribed by Ayurvedic practitioners for a wide variety of ailments. These include strengthening the immune system, promoting oral health, and treating fatigue, gastric distress, pneumonia, cancer, and AIDS.

Fantastic, I’m waiting for a double hip replacement and these tablets help me get up in the morning!
