I bought this wonderful product three years ago and I didn't take care of it. It had a rough spindle despite everything it lasted me quite a while it just broke and I ordered the same one again I love it I don't want to try another one this is the best tomorrow the new one I ordered arrives and I'm happy because I know I don't spend the money in vain it's a good purchase

Great! Love it. I purchased a younger version of this product 6 years ago (nothing lasts forever) although it was still functional, for the most part I decided to upgrade in hopes that I will continue to enjoy mopping with new set also….. I still love it. Exceeded expectations.

Owning a cleaning business means I try out a lot of cleaning tools and products. I was looking for a sturdy, well built, spin mop that had an extendable handle to replace the one I have had for years. I came across this mop and thought I’d give it a try. The reviews all mentioned the same pros for this system and the same cons. I’ve used it for various tasks beyond cleaning floors. I agree with the other reviews that said this is a sturdy, well built mop system. A few people mention the handle that is to be used to pull the bucket around on its wheels isn’t very long. That is correct however, if you get a piece of strong, waterproof nylon rope and tie it to the handle to the length of choice that issued is solved. The one con that is a big one for me is the main handle being in the center of the bucket. This issue is why I didn’t give this mop system 5 stars. The main handle is rather flimsy and you don’t want to pick the bucket up with this handle when full of water by the handle only. You will want to hold the handle and carry the other end of the bucket with the opposite hand when walking up and down stairs. I had read reviews so knew it was an issue and to not use the handle only. Not an issue if you are cleaning a one level home. If going up and down stairs just be aware of this issue and you will be fine. I’m trying to come up with a way to add an additional “handle” until the company redesigns the bucket to include two very sturdy handles in the appropriate places. I recommend this system and will be buying additional mop heads.

Love this mop! This is the best mop I’ve ever purchased I have bought several of the cheaper ones, and they always wear out quickly.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is designed so poorly. I took this video upon first opening the package. As you will see the mop head is way too large to fit in the spin wheel of the bucket. The user has to use their hands to ensure each mop strand fits in the spin wheel. I have absolutely no desire to touch a bunch of disgusting floor gunk every time I need to spin my mop nor do I want to waste time poking a bunch of mop strands in a too small space.Initially I bought this for the metal and as a multi pet house hold I as intrigued by the idea of a cleaning brush in the mop bucket but the bucket is so small it makes it nearly impossible to use so the function of a mop head cleaning brush is next to nothing as the head barely touches the brush.The mop strands themselves are too soft & don’t clean that well. You have to use the scrubbing brush if you need to get anything stuck on at all but the scrubbing brush isn’t good for most of the floors so it takes way too much time to switch back and forth.Save your money. Save your back. Save your time. Get something else.In summary it’s a functional and useless design.

Nice spin mop set... but the 2 draw backs are: 1) it's lop-sided when you pick it up to dump it which makes it awkward for emptying {can spill easily}. 2) the front pull hand is a bit too short which makes you bent over when pulling it - also awkward!
