Based on how prince has these only his bottom teeth were cleaned however it does get the job done and he loves them. I think getting it with the other items from arm and hammer should be a triple threat in terms of results!

The treats have a rather gross smell to them, to me. However, my dog enjoys them. The bag is a good size and a good buy. They are semi-hard and takes my small terrier about 5 minutes to finish his treat. I have purchased them a 3 times now.

Things That Didn't Live Up to the Hype:Nub Nubber: The nubbies seem more for show than serious teeth-cleaning action. My dog demolished them in seconds.Rock Hard: These treats are seriously tough. Great for dogs who LOVE to chew, but not ideal for smaller mouths or older dogs.Stinky Surprise: The immediate post-treat breath is... interesting. Not exactly the minty freshness I'd hoped for.The Silver Lining (or should I say, whiter teeth?):Visible Results: Does seem to help reduce plaque a bit and freshen my dog's breath in the long run.Chewy Delight: My dog enjoys these as a longer-lasting 'special' treat vs. his daily biscuits.Overall: A decent dental chew if your dog likes a hard challenge and you don't mind the temporary weird breath. Less effective than actual brushing, but a slightly more enjoyable way to tackle tartar for the dog.Let's be honest, even with these treats, my dog's breath won't ever win awards. But hey, small victories!

Tufoo has tried many different brands of ‘dental treats’. Though he enjoys them all, I feel like these are by far the best. These help so much more with his breathe compared to the others, The ingredients are safe, and they are more affordable.

I will say these don’t smell good at all but my dog absolutely loves and goes crazy for these.
