For sure the worst purchase I've made on Amazon
This unit seemed to be used. The packaging was obviously tampered with and the batteries were included but dead. I placed my own batteries but the "shaver" did not work. I would've returned it except my sister threw away the packaging. I don't even know if there was a return label included or not. For sure the worst purchase I've made on Amazon. Twenty dollars is not much to most but that could've gotten us both lunch! Two thumbs down!!!

poor quality material
I've used this about 4 times on my upper lip. It did trim close to the skin without irritation. The major flaw in this product is the band that holds the shaver in place...cheap plastic that keeps breaking. It is unusable now.

First time I tried to use, I inserted the battery at least 3 times, so I put a new one in and it still would not work. I made arrangements with Amazon to return the item. Sorry but I did not have the box since it went out to recycling. It is really cheaply made!
