Really impressed with this watch lots of functions and long battery life

This is my first smartwatch, purchased on the basis of lots of other positive reviews. I chose the square display as opposed to a round display in the belief it would display the information more clearly and bolder, which I think is true. This Garmin smartwatch is very easy to setup and to use. The range of information is comprehensive and presumably accurate. It does not give blood pressure information unless connected to a separate body monitor device. One of the Garmin's positive selling points as mentioned by many owners is its battery capacity. I wear mine overnight except when it is charging overnight once a week.

Bought in a flash sale deal, hence it was excellent value; unfortunately I cannot comment on functionality at this time as it is an Xmas present, but first impressions it looks very good. I just wanted to mention the colour, the shadow/slate grey colour is slightly lighter than shown imo, which was initially a bit of a surprise, but it does now look very classy and different, in a good way, without being overly bold/plain. The Venu SQ2 also has the facility to be able to replace the straps to any standard 20mm strap, without being restricted by a specific mounting system that some other Garmin watches have i.e. forerunner 35. This was a key reason for the purchase as was the advertised battery life, much improved over the predecessor. At this time very happy with the purchase and hopefully the recipient will be too. I will update the review on the functionality etc when I have set it up later in the year.

Purchased as a gift to replace another smart watch.Was easy to set up, features seem good and watch face seems easy to see and navigate. Have not used many functions as of yet, however based on use so far would recommend.

It is not easy to program but once done is terriffic

I spent quite a while comparing smart watches and reviews before I chose this one. It was 11 days battery life that was the main thing , I've had it a month now and it does last that long, you can easily turn it off if you're not wearing it for a while and it lasts longer. The display is bright and clear with good selection of watch faces to choose from or customise to how you want it to look.The App on your phone is easy to use with clear information and I have found the information it gathers to be helpful working out daily activities.The watch itself is quite slim and light for a smart watch so it is easy to wear all day without feeling you have a weight on your wrist, on the information it listed the language as German,but it is easy to change to English I have had no problems with it. I would definitely recommend it.
