What’s the UB light hits your hair you become a beacon in the night.It’s easy to apply, it’s a mascara type brush so you can get real creative. It washes out. It won’t stain your clothes and it’s nontoxic and not tested on animals,I just wish it came in a larger tube.Get some and have fun.They sell body paint, hair gel, and makeup.Don’t rave without it🧑🏻🎤

Fantastic
My church was having a Neon Prom for the youth group with black lights and glow sticks. I decided to try this out and boy was I glad I did. Came out beautifully and I even was able to paint streaks in some of the kids’s hair. Washed right out

I need to amend my previous review I said they didn't really glow... well I was wrong my son must've sweated it off or something bc I put in on my daughter at home with great results!
