can this be whipped to look like a whipcream Topping for desserts??

No, it will curdle as it is too thick. The next best thing to trying to put this in coffee is to use heavy cream. Thicker than Half and half and wonderful in coffee. Condensed milk in coffee is good too if you want thick and sweet
