I contacted the seller about issue with roller head not moving since vacuum was under warranty. They responded with unreasonable things for me to do to troubleshoot the issue. I was informed to do 3-4 things to try to fix the issue and send them video of my attempts! Too many unreasonable requests for a $150.00 vacuum. Will just throw it away and buy a better vacuum. Would not buy again!The seller contacted me about this issue and was very helpful on resolving the problem. They immediately sent me a new brush head, now the vacuum works perfectly. Would definitely buy again. Great customer service!

I've had this stick vacuum for several months now and am very happy with it. I even had a problem with the battery and customer service was great! I have three dogs so I suck up a LOT of dog hair and dust bunnies. It's great for a quick touch up of the area rugs and saves me from carrying my heavy traditional vacuum up and down the stairs. Obviously it doesn't have the power of a full size vacuum but this has been a lifesaver. Just be sure to clean it often and wash out all the dirt so the filter gets enough air. Battery lasts a long enough to clean my great room, area rugs and fur balls!I bought a different stick vacuum that died after about a month or two and customer service was awful. They just quit responding. We threw it in the trash. Wish I could remember the name of the loser product just to give warning but I did write a review.

I bought this vacuum thinking it was going to be just a light weight kitchen vac. After months of use, I wanted to come back and give my opinion of this device. I love it. It is very light weight, very powerful and very quiet. Very easy to use and its battery lasts for my whole house and takes not too long to recharge. It is much smoother to use than a big vac and it's head moves very easy for corners and against walls unlike a regular vac. It is so easy to use. It's light weight makes it so manageable. The motor and collection part come off the machine easily to be dumped and reattached. Also, the battery comes off easily and just pops on the recharging device. One last thing i like is the extenable arm. This vac has three extensions that are activated by pushing a button. I am 6 feet tall with serious back issues and it makes the job so much easier.DavisSonoma County, California

It's light weight and had a great suction power. The only flaws I see is battery life which 10-15min max suction and cleaning filter. Wish there's a better way to clean instead of taking filter our. I would give it 8/10. Warranty seem to be a year too so that's a plus.

I like how portable it is. I have minimal carpet so the battery lasts through multiple uses. Suction is good but does not get all of the dog hair. led lights on the front help me see the hair so i can do as many passes as i need. careful adding the attachment, i bent a prong the first time i used it but was able to bend it back with pliers.

At first this vacuum was working great, nothing was wrong, then one day the motor just stopped working. Battery was fully charged but nothing turned on. Plus it gets clogged super easy. If you have dogs not the vacuum you want And it’s not as quiet after you use it a few times. Overall, it’s just a crappy vacuum.

I bought this vacuum as a penny pincher so I can't complain too much about the weak suction. Shoulda gone for the Tineco Pure One S11though like the experts recommend. The INSE is well designed and built but a vacuum is based on raw power...which this model lacks despite its claims to the contrary. When high suction is required I'll have to drag out my 30 year old bagged canister model with its 5.5 HP motor that almost sucks in the furniture.

I’ve had this for few months now and the suction is just ok for uncarpeted floors but not strong enough for even low piled area rug. I bought a traditional plug in vacuum and after using this one I went over it with new vacuum and the canister was half full! It is much lighter than my new one but didn’t do the job.
