Q: How do you protect yourself against counterfiets? The bottle I received from Lala & Co.was clearly fake (label had typos in it, brush as all wrong)?

Amazon is full of fake products, I never buy any cosmetics from Amazon.

Q: How do you get it off?! I’ve tried cold cream and micellar water, and it still stays on!

I take mine off with water in the shower and the “raccoon eyes” comes right off with makeup remover wipes
