Not much more to say here, except that at first, the controller is a bit confusing. But, once you realize that for best results it is suggested to use both infrared (not visible when on) and the red light at the same time, all you have to do is press the power button and then press the middle R button one time and that's it! Super simple. I've been using it every day for almost a couple months and looks and performs just like new.Major improvement to skin color of what was necrotic skin caused by neuropathy.

I bought this the first time in late August 2022. It lasted almost a year before the lights stopped working.Thinking that maybe I just got a "lemon" I purchased the same thing in late August 2023. Over Thanksgiving week 2023, the plug that connects to the boot broke in half. I tried reaching out to CAMECO to no avail. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and the poor quality of their products. I'm out over $350.00 and will no longer trust anything this company sells. It's a shame Amazon supports selling crappy products from a company like this. Zero stars is too high a rating. BUYER BEWARE!

I dislocated my big toe playing soccer and caused a severe sprain. I started using 8 weeks after injury and not seeing major improvement from being in a CAM boot. Finally felt like I turned a corner after using for 7-10 days. Sprain began to heal and I am having more mobility in my toe. Do recommend and wish I started using right after the injury.

This is my second red light boot. Worked great for several months, then the cord went bad. It was outside the return window, but I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon anyway, just to give my feedback and to my surprise, a complete replacement unit was sent out to me. Now that one has also quit working. I used it 1-2 times daily on both feet, so it got a lot of use, but it should have lasted longer. I'd love it if the manufacturer would replace it again, but I'm not holding my breath, nor will I buy again.

I have been using the product regularly to help with chemo induced peripheral neuropathy. Unfortunately, the USB connector broke at the boot site off of the controller cable. I can't find a replacement part or anyone to contact to try a buy a replacement cable. If I have to buy a new set of red therapy boots I won't buy Cameco again because of the problem mentioned above.
