This was exactly what I needed for spurs and tendon issues in my feet. They are pretty badly irritated and inflamed right now. I had a nice foot bucket but wished for something more comfy. This was it! Although, I really do need 2 of them. I think I was fooled by the picture and should have read the description better.Anyways, it’s super soft. Love the way it fit over my foot. It easily slides on. According to the directions don’t wear longer than 30 minutes or frostbite… uh, no, I don’t think so. Which brings me to the one thing I don’t like. I didn’t feel it stayed cold long enough. My expectations could be too high, I don’t know.When I bought this I never gave it a thought, I could also use it for my elbow.
