Perfect for my morning tea!! I’ve been using the SUSTEAS electric kettle for a few days now and I’m really impressed. It heats water super fast, and the built-in thermometer turned out to be way more useful than I expected. The retro green design adds such a cute touch to my kitchen, and I love how the handle stays cool and pouring is spill-free.It feels solid and well-made, and I appreciate the safety features like auto shut-off. Plus, the large capacity is great when I’m making tea for a few people. Overall, it’s a great mix of style and function—really happy with this buy!

Great product and even better customer service! This kettle not only looks good, but heats up water in only a few minutes. All I ever see is reviews with tearable customer service reviews, but not from this company! The kettle stopped working after only a few months and just for the heck of it I reached out. They emailed back in less then a day, asked for a few videos of the issues and sent us a replacement in a few days. It is really refreshing to see a company stand behind their products now a days. I would buy this again.

Originally purchased October 8, 2024 and it stopped working after two and half months. The seller exchanged it even though it was past the window for returns which I greatly appreciate. I have received the replacement unit and so far it is working great. It looks great and boils quickly.

UPDATE: The company responded to me that they had updated the top on the chrome version to address the problems I and many others had. They sent me the new version, and while it looks exactly the same, the top is now working and the gasket is holding. Great customer service!----------------------The chrome version looks great but the top is defective and improperly designed. The first one I got the top wouldn't open after a few uses. I returned it and the second one the gasket that holds the top of the lid to the bottom of the lid kept pulling away. It finally completely fell apart. I do not recommend the chrome version with pop up top.

This kettle is so cute and works great! It boils the water so quickly, holds a decent amount of water, and it’s been so handy to have. And it looks pretty on my counter! Very happy with my purchase!

I’m very pleased with this hot water kettle. It’s a beautiful color and lightweight. Pours nice and even in my teacup. Very simple to use and I love the see-through gauge on the side, letting me know when I need to add water.
